OCRA Virtual Spring Advocacy Day 2023

Representing ovarian cancer survivors from across the state, MIOCA works to advance federal and state legislation to improve funding and support for survivors. MIOCA speaks as the voice of survivors educating legislators about the public policy initiatives critical to saving lives from ovarian cancer. Each year, our MIOCA and members of our Michigan teal community attends OCRA's Advocacy Day to represent the voices of those affected by ovarian cancer. Learn more about our legislative efforts in 2023 to advance public policy initiatives and increase funding for ovarian cancer research. The Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) organizes this important event in an effort to bring awareness of ovarian cancer to members of Congress and stress the need for continued funding for ovarian cancer research on the federal level. Our team is excited to participate again this year and we encourage YOU to join us virtually on Wednesday, March 15th.
