MIOCA Programs:Survivor Support Tote Package For Those In Treatment

Do you know a Michigan resident who has just received a diagnosis of ovarian cancer or is experiencing a recurrence? MIOCA would be honored to send one of our Survivor Support Tote Packages.

Each package is intended to provide comfort, encouragement, and valuable information to individuals undergoing treatment. Survivors will receive a canvas tote bag filled with items such as a teal scarf, teal t-shirt, journal, coloring book, note cards, and more, as well as inspiring survivor stories, educational materials, and support group information.

This program is one of the many ways MIOCA ensures those diagnosed across Michigan have access to the resources, support, and information they need as they navigate treatment and beyond. We would like to express our gratitude to the volunteers who championed the tote program for many years. Thank you for your support and dedication to the teal community.

Medical facilities can also request totes and materials to provide patients. Complete this provider form and our MIOCA team will be in touch.

Through The Angel Fund, MIOCA is able to provide financial assistance to residents of Michigan currently in treatment for ovarian cancer or within six months of treatment. To learn more about the program, please visit here.
