Courtney Jerome

With 15 years of professional media experience, Courtney has found a passion for storytelling and showcasing businesses and organizations in a positive light. Following a background in broadcasting, nonprofit management, and marketing, Courtney is the owner of a Michigan-based marketing firm, Courtney Jerome Media LLC. Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oakland University, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Communication from Central Michigan University, a regional EMMY award, and several Michigan Association of Broadcasters and American Advertising Federation awards. In addition to MIOCA, Courtney also serves on the AAF Great Lakes Bay Region Board.

While not at work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her incredible family and being out on Michigan’s beautiful lakes.  Courtney Jerome was initially introduced to MIOCA by her mom, who battled ovarian cancer from 2013-2021. She is passionate about advancing the mission of MIOCA, and supporting other families impacted by ovarian cancer, in honor of her mom.
