Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance Announces New Staff Members

Join us in welcoming two new staff members at the Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance (“MIOCA”).  Beth Anderson joins MIOCA as a part-time Administrative Coordinator to coordinate the administrative and fundraising functions of MIOCA by supporting the Executive Director, staff and volunteers. She brings extensive experience in non-profit fundraising and event planning. Beth has served on the Boards of the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum, Ann Arbor Thrift Shop, Lucile B. Conger Alumnae Group, Delta Gamma House Corporation-Xi Chapter, Junior League of Ann Arbor, and the Pioneer High School Athletic Booster Club.  Prior to MIOCA, she served as Assistant Director of Development at Emerson School in Ann Arbor. 

In addition, Patty Aldrich joins MIOCA as a part-time Accountant to support the financial and accounting operations by working with the Executive Director, Board Treasurer and staff. She brings extensive experience in non-profit accounting. Patty has served on the Boards of the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum, Ann Arbor Thrift Shop, Junior League of Ann Arbor and the Angell and Tappan school PTSO's.  Most recently she worked at Emerson School in Ann Arbor. 

We are fortunate to have the addition of two key staff members who bring extensive experience in accounting, fundraising and event planning to help sustain and grow the mission of MIOCA,” says Executive Director, Mary Lynn Faunda Donovan. “We will continue to look for opportunities to grow our staff to provide critical support to key functions at MIOCA.”
