For those who want a shorter course, an untimed, non-competitive one-mile fun run option is available as well. While this is a day to celebrate females of all generations, we welcome guys, too!

Kelli Hughes Memorial 5K

The Kelli Hughes Memorial 5K is an annual event in honor of and to preserve the spirit of Kelli's fight and to help MIOCA with our research for a cure and awareness of ovarian cancer. Kelli was the wife of Dr. Hughes, a well respected and enthusiastic sales and marketing professor at Michigan State University.
Come gather on Michigan State's campus to run, jog, walk, and have fun while supporting a great cause. The event will take begin at 10 am at Michigan State Auditorium, 542 Auditorium Rd, East Lansing, MI 48824.

OCRA's National Ovarian Cancer Advocacy Day

Each year, survivors and caregivers come together in Washington, DC to advocate for the programs and research that pave the way for better treatments for ovarian cancer and ensure that ovarian cancer research and education programs remain a Congressional priority.
If you are an ovarian cancer survivor or caregiver interested in advocating for increased funding for ovarian cancer research and services, please consider joining us March 3-5 as we travel to Washington, D.C. for the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance’s 2019 Advocacy Day! It is important that survivors and caregivers show up and make their voice heard! Scholarships to cover travel and meeting costs are available.
